This low carb keto bread recipe has been on our site for years, so we thought we'd make a video for our friends. Ps, No Eggy Taste!
The key to this keto bread recipe is that we add yeast and use a secret ingredient called "inulin" to feed the yeast (see link below). Typically sugar is used which is used to feed the yeast in bread recipes which is not suitable for keto food.
Lack of yeast is why many keto bread recipes miss the mark.
